  • Prices are subject to change without any prior notice.
  • Service Tax will be charged extra as per the government policy.
  • The stamp duty & other charges shall be applicable along with the last installment as applicable.
  • One time Electricity and water connection deposit charges will be as applicable.
  • The Issuance of Provisional Allotment Letters is totally as per Company Discretion & Mere Submission of the Application form does not guarantee the allotment to the applicant.
  • The offer of possession is subject to majeure clause.
  • Currently EDC/IDC charges are Rs. 5145/- per sq. yards. Any increase in the same shall be payable as and when demanded by the company.

  • Service tax shall be payable as applicable along with respective installments as per govt. norms.
  • Unit price excludes EDC/IDC, IFMS, Club and other charges.
  • The down payment discount subject to change from time to time.
  • In the event the government / competent authority enhances external development charges, infrastructure development charges, service tax or any other charges payable in relation to the project, the price shall be revised accordingly.
  • Recurring monthly maintenance charges will be charged as per Company policy.
  • Transfer will be allowed only as per the Company policy. Please refer to clause no. 24 in the application form.
  • The Provisional Allotment Letter, Final Allotment Letter & Agreement to Sale are non transferable.
  • The issuance of Provisional Allotment Letters is totally as per the Company discretion & mere submission of the application form does not guarantee the allotment to the applicant.
